SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Name

The program is called JB Aero SMS. It is operated by Anywhere ATP LLC (dba JB Aeronautics), a Part 61 and Part 141 flight school based in Fresno, California.

2. Program Description

JB Aero SMS is a two-way conversational text messaging program for prospective and current students who opt in via a checkbox on a JB Aero website form (including contact, application, discovery flight, and VA benefits inquiry forms). After you opt in, a member of our admissions or student services team may text you directly from a JB Aero business number to:

• Answer your flight training questions
• Respond to VA education benefit and GI Bill® eligibility questions
• Schedule discovery flights, tours, or consultations
• Confirm enrollment steps and required documents
• Send occasional updates about the program you inquired about (e.g., cohort start dates, financing options)

3. How to Opt In

You opt in to JB Aero SMS by affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on a JB Aero website form and submitting the form with your mobile phone number. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked; SMS opt-in is never required to receive our services. Your consent timestamp, the specific form used, and the IP address of submission are stored as proof of consent.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Because JB Aero SMS is a conversational program, the number of messages depends on your own replies and where you are in the enrollment process.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. JB Aero does not charge you to participate in the program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message sent or received in accordance with your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

6. Opt-Out Instructions — Reply STOP

You can cancel JB Aero SMS at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from JB Aero. If you want to rejoin the program, sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier network and is outside of JB Aero's control. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. wireless carriers.

Our collection, use, and retention of SMS data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Eligibility

JB Aero SMS is available to U.S. residents age 13 or older who have a supported wireless carrier. By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number you submitted and that you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with a revised Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers where required by law.
